• REGISTRATION SUBMISSION will be made only online via the conference website / online system
• REGISTRATION PAYMENT will be made either by credit card or bank transfer.
(in case of bank transfer, a receipt of the payment must be sent to the email echa2024@symvoli.gr).
*registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Registration fee includes:
• Four day conference sessions (28th, 29th, 30th & 31st August 2024)
• Conference material
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee breaks during the 3-day sessions

STUDENT REGISTRATION: Bachelor, Master students and PhD candidates can register using the student fee only if they provide a document that proves their student status.
LOW INCOME COUNTRIES:
European countries having a net average wage less than 500€ per month.

REGISTRATION FOR THOSE PARTICIPATING WITH A PROPOSAL CONTRIBUTION:
Should be made by the Early Registration Deadline (June, 2024) in order to be included in the conference programme.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations made in writing to SYMVOLI | Conference & Cultural Management ( echa2024@symvoli.gr)
- until July 15, 2024, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
- from July 16, 2024, the registration fee will not be refunded.
